SLA 3D Printer - High Precision Stereolithography
Our advanced Robocasting equipment (Delta WASP 2040 & 40100) offers cutting-edge capabilities for fabricating detailed ceramic, metal and composite components.

Technical Description
This exceptional precision ensures that printed components display no visible layer lines to the naked eye, allowing for highly complex and intricate designs. The printer can use a variety of ceramic materials, including Alumina, ATZ, and Zirconia, along with other specialised options such as Hydroxyapatite. Additionally, our facility features a dedicated Small Amount of Material (SAM) system designed to facilitate experimentation with innovative and customised material formulations. The SLA printer boasts a practical build volume of 100 x 100 x 150 mm and accepts files in the standard .stl format, making it versatile and compatible with standard 3D design software.
Uses and Applications
The SLA 3D Printer is utilised widely across multiple sectors including aerospace, medical, automotive, and dentistry. Typical applications include:
- Rapid prototyping of complex ceramic components
- Research and development of novel ceramic materials and composite formulations
- Creation of customised medical implants and dental devices
- Manufacturing intricate parts for aerospace and automotive applications
