Technical Description
Our ball mills feature durable grinding jars containing specifically selected grinding media, which reduce particle sizes through repeated impact and attrition. This process can effectively reduce powder particle sizes from an initial mean diameter of approximately 100 microns down to as small as 1 micron. Milling can be performed under either wet or dry conditions, depending on the specific application requirements. The equipment can process capacities ranging from 0.5 litres up to 35 litres and provides adjustable roller speeds from 0 to 420 rpm, ensuring optimal milling conditions for precise and controlled particle size distribution.
